I intended for my Fitness Friday posts to be about my week in workouts. However, I remembered that I have a workout log in my workouts section of the blog. I keep my workout log updated daily.
So, I decided that along with posting my week in workouts, I will also be posting a new workout every week. It will either be one exercise you guys can do OR workouts that I created on my own and have done myself. If you have noticed already, there are a few workouts on the workout page. So, today, I will post a new workout routine you guys can do. This will also be posted on the Workout page.
