Weekly Meals and Workouts 10

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today?

My rest days are finally over. And, you know what? I didn’t freak out about not working out. I thought I would have but I ended feeling more relaxed.  Of course, I was feeling a little anxious because I wasn’t working out but it wore off a little. Now, I’m going back into working out again. I am going to add in more rest days now.   I’ll be using my template to post my weekly meals and workouts. Here is a blank copy of the template for you guys to use.

Weekly Meals and Workouts 3.9.14

The menu may change and I will probably eat more food but this is the basic meal plan for the week.  Like, right now, I am eating some rice crisps as I am typing this post up. Things may change a little bit. Also, I will be taking two rest days a week. I don’t like the idea of taking two rest days but I think my body needs it.

Anyway, that’s it for now. I can’t wait to try making chocolate chia pudding!
