Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today?
I hope your workouts went well this week. I know mines went a little unplanned. Here were my workouts.
I ran 8 miles in my gym’s indoor track on Monday and it was a little hard to run it. I planned on 10 miles but my body was telling me to just do 8. I am okay with that. I still say that 8 miles is a pretty good distance to run. I also rested on Wednesday, which made me feel a little nervous, you can say. But, I know that my body does need rest.
Anyway, here’s a workout video you guys can do! It is another blogilates workout.
I guess that is it for now. My week was pretty much normal. Nothing really special happened. I got an A on my Spanish exam. I volunteered today. And my supervisor baked a cookie pie and brought it in to work. It was so good! Two weeks ago, she made this amazing orange cake. She’s a great baker. She even has a dark chocolate cake recipe with mocha frosting. I have to try that. Hopefully, one day soon.
And, if I haven’t said it already, March 19 is California Agriculture Day!
