Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I am doing awesome, thank you very much.
As you know, Sunday is Weekly Meals and Workouts Day. It’s time for food planning and preparation. Here is a template you guys can utilize. Remember that it’s an Excel file.
Here is my plan for the week.
As you know, this is not set and stone. Some meals may change and I’ll probably end up eating some extra things. After dinner, I might eat a whole wheat chocolate chip cookie or chickpea cookies, if I happen to get a food processor some time today. My old one broke! FYI, the protein bar is either going to be a KIND Bar, Nature Valley’s Protein Bar, or a LUNA Bar. It’ll depend on my mood and what I feel like buying at my school’s bookstore.
As for my workouts, mis amigos want to go to the gym with me but they like playing sports. So, we might end up running a few miles before playing racquetball, basketball, or soccer. It’ll depend!
I guess that’s it for now.
