Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today?
I’m doing fine, thank you very much. This past week was Spring Break and it didn’t feel like a break to me. My “break” was filled with volunteering, homework, updating my resume, house hold chores,blogging, etc. At least it was peaceful. I enjoy volunteering.
Anyway, I’m here to post the workouts I did this week. Here they are.
I’ve decided to cut down on the intensity of my workouts because my body has been feeling tired and sore lately. It’s always good to listen to your body. Hopefully, it gives my body time to recover.
