Happy Friday everyone. I know this post is a little late but at least it’s still Friday!
Anyway, this post will be really quick. Here are my workouts I did for the week.
Well, I walked one mile on Wednesday but I still call it rest. =)
I am unsure if I am ready for the 10 mile run that is on April 27th. My running has been running and walking, which isn’t that good. My knees start hurting after a while and my calves get tight. Do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
On another note, there’s not much to say. I can’t believe that this semester is going by fast!
