íHola todos! Happy Friday everyone! How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. Before I get into anything else, here are my workouts I did for the week.
I still haven’t worked out today (no bueno and it is around 4 pm as I am writing this) but I do plan on running later today. Oh, I forgot to add. I learned a little bit of salsa dancing on Wednesday. It was fun! =) I still count it as a “rest” day because it wasn’t really a hard workout. It was just easy and it got my body moving.
