Happy Friday everyone! How are you guys doing today?
I am so sorry for not posting the normal Weekly Meals and Workouts post. I’ve been so busy since it’s getting near the end of the semester. I have my group presentation on Cuba coming up, papers, and exams!
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week. I didn’t workout as much but at least I kept moving.
I am also sad that I didn’t get to do ballroom dancing this week. I’ve been so busy! Hopefully, I can start back up next week. It’s so much fun! At least I’ll be doing salsa dancing as part of my group presentation on Cuba on Monday!

In other news, I tried Thai food for the first time this week. On Wednesday, my co-workers and I went out to eat for lunch. I ordered Pad Thai with tofu and it was so good! I didn’t take a picture, since I was out with a group. However, it did look delicious and it tasted good as well. The smell, on the other hand, wasn’t pleasant. I have other exciting news I want to share but I will wait to share it. I will say that it has something to do with the Food and Nutrition/Dietetics (FAN) Club.
