Happy Friday, everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing fine, thank you very much. Let’s talk about my workouts before digging into something else.
Here are my workouts for the week.
I am happy to say that my 6 mile time today was faster than the past couple weeks. I am guessing it was because I knew I was short on time today, so I ran faster.
Volunteering at WIC was awesome today. Each month, a student volunteer puts up and decorates the bulletin board in the lobby. I am doing the month of June. I decorated the board today and this is how it looks. I’m so happy about how it turned out!
Do you see that origami cow in the upper right hand corner? That took forever to learn how to fold. You can tell that June is National Dairy Month. Got Milk?
