Happy Friday everyone! How are you guys doing today?
I am doing great, thank you very much. Before I get distracted with talking about other things, here were my workouts for the week.
And here is a workout you guys can try! It is a different type of yoga workout. It is called BUTI Yoga. My friend introduced it to me a year ago and it really is different. It is yoga but it combines dance with it. Here’s a video.
In other news, this week has been quite eventful. Going out to eat, spending time with friends, volunteering, studying all the vitamins, their functions, how they’re absorbed and everything. It’s fun drawing diagrams and making flashcards.
We also had an officer meeting for the Food and Nutrition/Dietetics (FAN) Club this week and we have a lot of things planned. I am so excited for the upcoming year!
