Happy 4th of July!
How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. This post will be very quick before I go out for dim sum with my family.
Here are my workouts for the week.
I am starting to run less and I don’t know how I feel about it. I do notice that my runs are getting faster. I think I’ll stick with variation in my workout for now. I also like doing the yoga.
In other news, my summer class is almost over. We have one more week! It went by so fast. I am almost done with my research paper for the class. I just have to revise it and then I am all good to go with it.
I guess that is it for now. I’m off to dim sum!
