There’s nothing better than starting out the day with exercise! That is what I did today. I ran 7 miles and did some BUTI (yoga).
I haven’t been running as much the past week and I think that it is helping me with my speed. I want to improve on my speed.
Anyway, it is Sunday, which means Weekly Meals and Workouts time! Here is my plan.

For my workouts, I want to add more yoga and Pilates into my routine. I want to focus more on yoga. More specifcally, BUTI Yoga. Here is my workout plan of the week. BUTI stands for the BUTI Yoga.
Sunday- 7 mile run + BUTI
Monday-4 mile run + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred OR BUTI
Tuesday- 6 mile run + BUTI
Wednesday- BUTI +HIIT
Thursday-6 mile run + BUTI
Friday- 4 mile run + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Saturday– BUTI + HIIT OR Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
I guess that is it for now. This week is my last week of class. I have a final on Tuesday! The past 6 weeks just flew by! I cannot believe it.
