This weekend has been quite strange, but that’s okay. I like a change from a normal routine once in a while.
Anyway, today is meals and workouts day. Let’s talk about that before I dive into anything else.

Monday-4 mile run + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Tuesday- 6 mile run + BUTI
Wednesday- BUTI +pilates
Thursday-6 mile run + BUTI
Friday- 4 mile run + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Saturday– BUTI + HIIT OR Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
There isn’t really much to say right now. What I can say is that the meal and workout plans are not 100% set and stone. Things come up and I may change things once in a while. Have a plan but be flexible.

Breakfast sounds delicious! I’m taking a week off from intense exercise so I’m looking forward to some yoga & long walks. I’ve got lots of fresh produce and plan on eating fairly simple!
Long walks and yoga sounds really nice! That’s the exercise my parents want me to do, not running. And that’s awesome! Simple is always the best, in my opinion. =)
I’m really enjoying the yoga so far this week, but the long walks don’t quite compare to running! I think as long as you’re careful with running and listen to your body there’s nothing wrong with it
