Weekly Meals and Workouts 26

This weekend has been quite strange, but that’s okay. I like a change from a normal routine once in a while.

Anyway, today is meals and workouts day. Let’s talk about that before I dive into anything else.

Here is my plan for the week.

7-13-14 Meal Plan

Here is my workout plan for the week.

Sunday- 6 mile run + BUTI

Monday-4 mile run + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred

Tuesday-  6 mile run + BUTI

Wednesday- BUTI +pilates

Thursday-6 mile run + BUTI

Friday- 4 mile run + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred

Saturday– BUTI + HIIT OR Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred

There isn’t really much to say right now. What I can say is that the meal and workout plans are not 100% set and stone. Things come up and I may change things once in a while. Have a plan but be flexible.

    • Long walks and yoga sounds really nice! That’s the exercise my parents want me to do, not running. And that’s awesome! Simple is always the best, in my opinion. =)

      • I’m really enjoying the yoga so far this week, but the long walks don’t quite compare to running! I think as long as you’re careful with running and listen to your body there’s nothing wrong with it
