Weekly Meals and Workouts 27

Happy Monday everyone. How are you guys doing today? This post is going to be quick again.

Here’s my meals and workouts for the week.

7-20-14 Meal Plan

 

And here are my planned workouts for the week.

Sunday- rest

Monday-6 mile run

Tuesday-  7 mile run

Wednesday- BUTI +pilates

Thursday-6 mile run

Friday- 6 mile run

Saturday– 6 mile run

I’ m so sorry for the short posts lately. I’ve been so busy. I even have to cut my workouts short but at least I am getting them in. I’ll let you guys know why later on. It’s a surprise!
