Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much.
This week has been exhausting, physically and mentally. That’s all I will say for now. Working full days, etc. I also don’t have as much time to workout as I used to but at least I am working out. I could work out twice a day like some people but I find that really inconvenient. I did that before and you just don’t want to change again and workout. Well, that’s how I think. I’ll talk more about it next week (on Friday).
Anyway, here are my workouts for the week. It’s not much because it’s just running. I do body weight exercises after I run but it isn’t that much. I do push-ups, squats, lunges, ab exercises, some yoga and pilates exercises.
Anyway, I guess that is it for now. What I want you guys to do is look up any yoga videos online and do it. Yoga really helps me clear my mind and it stretches out my muscles. It helps relieve stress. I hope it’ll help you guys to cope with your stress as well.

What else can I add to running? My morning workout time is limited as of right now and I am not a huge fan of working out in the afternoon.
