Weekly Meals and Workouts 29

Happy Monday everyone. How are you guys doing today?

I’m doing great, thank you very much. This post is going to be a quick one. Here is my plan for the week

8-3-14 Meal Plan


As you know. I am also training for a half marathon. Here is my plan for this week.


Sunday- 8 mile run

Monday- 4 mile run

Tuesday- 6 mile run

Wednesday- 3 mile run + strength

Thursday- 4 mile run

Friday- 6 mile run

Saturday- rest

I guess that’s it for now. I had fun the past weekend. We even went to a food truck place and the food I got was good. We also watched Breaking Bad. I know I’m kind of late on starting to watch that show but I finally got around watching it. I wanted to see what is so good about the show. Now, I know. It’s crazy!

Today for lunch, I went out with a few family members to eat. We went to a local sandwich spot that I’ve never been to before. My cousin and I ordered different types of veggie sandwiches. Both of the sandwiches were good! My uncle and other cousin bought sandwiches with meat in them. One got a turkey and avocado sandwich. I think my uncle got the roast beef but I’m not quite sure.

Anyway, that’s it for now.
