Happy Friday everyone. How was your day? Mine was great, thank you very much. Work was normal as usual. For lunch, my cousin and I decided to try out a vegetarian restaurant. It was a bit overpriced though and the food was only decent. I wouldn’t go there again.
Anyway, here are my workouts for the week.
It was mainly just running this week. It sucked because it sprinkled in the morning and started raining, so I had to cut some of my running short. It’s okay though. I even tried running in the treadmill that’s in the garage. However, that didn’t work out because I got really hot really quickly. I didn’t like it.
Anyway, this week has been busy at work. I really need to start stretching more. I tried stretching and it was hard. So, here is a stretching routine you guys can do.
