Weekly Meals and Workouts 30

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I ran 8 miles this morning. It was also a nice run to because I ran a different route. It makes things a little more exciting, don’t you think?  Oh, half marathon training.

Anyway, before I get into anything else, here is my weekly meal plan.

8-10-14 Meal Plan

 

I have been really craving eggs and cheese for some strange reason. It’s a good combination too!

Here are my planned workouts.

Sunday- 8 mile run

Monday- 4 mile run

Tuesday- 6 mile run

Wednesday- 3 mile run + strength

Thursday- 4 mile run

Friday- 6 mile run

Saturday- rest

For sure, I’ll be doing some leg and core exercises after my run. Having a strong core is important for running and keeping good form.
