Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing fine, thank you very much.
Before I get into my week, here were my workouts for the week.
I’m a little disappointed that I am not doing as much exercise as I have been doing before. But, at least I am getting my workouts in. That’s an important thing. I wake up early to workout before going to work. Oh, and I can’t wait to run 9 miles on Sunday for my long run.
I am happy to say that my uncle is going to be running the half marathon with me. He ran the Capital City Classic with me. Remember? He’s a great uncle. And my cousin might run it too, just for the cow bell. That’s funny.
I don’t really have much to say about this week. It had its ups and downs, like how life should be. I went out to eat with co-workers, which are becoming my friends now. It’s amazing how nice they are and how easily we get along. That’s what I call a good work environment and good working relationship.
Yoga is something I really need to incorporate into my routine again. My calves are tight. So are my quads and hamstrings. I should get back into doing BUTI yoga, which I haven’t been doing lately. I love that it combines cardio with yoga. I’ll see if I can fit any yoga in.
