Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I ran 9 miles this morning and I don’t know how I survived it. I only slept for three hours last night. It’s weird because I had a lot more energy on this run.
Anyway, let’s jump into my Weekly Meals and Workouts.

Sunday- 9 mile run
Monday- 4 mile run + yoga
Tuesday- 6 mile run
Wednesday- 3 mile run + strength
Thursday- 4 mile run + yoga
Friday- 6 mile run
Saturday- rest or yoga
That is it for now. I’ll be doing some leg and core exercises after my run. I will also try to add yoga into my routine.
