Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. A lot of things have been happening and stress is getting to me.
Anyway, I’d rather not talk about that right now. Let’s talk about the workouts I did for the week. Unfortunately, most of it includes running. I would like to add more variety but I just don’t have the time.
I have been told that I run “too much”. I can see why someone would say that. But, who are they to judge? Everyone is different and every body is different. Some people like running and some people don’t. Then, there are studies that say running for a certain distance may be bad for your health. Others say running is good for your health. I don’t know what to believe but I do know that you do what you feel is best for your body. And, guess what. I ran 4 miles today but I walked an additional one mile. So, I guess I can say 5 miles.
Anyway, there isn’t much for me to say right now. School starts the day after Labor Day and I will be very busy. School, work, the FAN Club, you get what I mean. I won’t be posting and commenting as often. I know that I haven’t been posting as much lately either. I will probably just post three times a week, at most. Weekly Meals and Workouts, Fitness Friday, and one random post I decide I want to write about. I hope you guys understand!
In the meantime, you guys should try a something new for your workout. If you normally do cardio, try lifting weights. If you lift weights, try pilates or yoga. It will work your muscles in a different way.
