Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I ran 10 miles this morning and I am proud of myself for that.
Anyway, here are my Weekly Meals and Workouts for the week.
Just as a reminder, I do my best to follow my meal plan. I use it as a general guideline. Sometimes, I may switch things up. It just depends. Sometimes, things come up too.
As for my workouts, I really need to start doing more yoga. It is hard to incorporate it since I am busy now and I don’t have much time. I am happy that I am at least working out 6 days of the week.
Sunday- 10 mile run
Monday- 4 mile run
Tuesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- 4 mile run
Friday- 6 mile run
Saturday- rest or yoga
Of course, I will do some core, leg, and arm exercises after my run. I still need to maintain some muscle mass that way. It just won’t be as much as a full on leg workout or full on core workout.
I guess that is it for now! My half marathon is on October 5 and I am so excited for it. I may be training a bit fast for it but I want my body to be prepared.
