Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I’ll be going off to SF for the day con mi novio (this post has been pre-scheduled).
Anyway, I ran 11 miles yesterday and I am taking today as a rest day. I just felt that for this weekend, it was best to switch the long run day and the rest day. I get HUNGRY after my long runs. Meaning, I am hungry all day. #food
So, here are my meals for the week. It is tentative and since school starts, I will be very busy. I will do my best to eat healthy.
Here are the workouts I have planned for the week.
Monday- 4 mile run
Tuesday- 6 mile run
Wednesday- 3 mile run + strength
Thursday- 4 mile run
Friday- 6 mile run
Saturday- rest or yoga
I guess that is it for now. I will be posting about SF on Monday or Tuesday. Have a great Labor Day weekend!
