Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I started off my day with a 12 mile run. I tell you, it was a hard run.
Anyway, here is my meal plan for the week.

Here are my planned workouts for the week.
Sunday- 12 mile run
Monday- 4 mile run
Tuesday- 6 mile run
Wednesday- strength
Thursday- 4 mile run
Friday- 6 mile run
Saturday- rest or yoga
Of course, I will always do some core and body weight exercises like squats, lunges, and push-ups everyday.
