Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I did run 12 miles this morning but it wasn’t a great run. I felt tired and I didn’t really have any energy to run. I am just happy I finished running the 12 miles. Well, I planned on 13 miles today but that didn’t work out.
Anyway, back to what this post is suppose to be about.
Here is my meal plan.
Here are the workouts I plan on doing for the week.
Sunday- 12 mile run
Tuesday- 6 mile run
Wednesday- 4 mile run + strength
Thursday- 6 mile run
Friday- 4 mile run + strength
Saturday- rest or yoga
I guess that is it for now. I worked on Chemistry homework all day yesterday and today, I’ll be working on Philosophy of Science. Who knew there was such a class? It’s hard! If you can’t think the way philosophers do, it will be a hard class.
