Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much.
Anyway, back to business. I have been so busy that it slipped my mind to write the Fitness Friday post. That’s why today’s post will be two topics. So, Fitness Friday is first.
As for my meal plan, I decided to wing it this week.
To tell you the truth, sometimes meal planning can be a hassle. You are too busy, you get bored of some of the meals, etc. As long as you have some staples in the house, you can throw some food together for a meal. To tell you the truth, half of the time, I don’t follow my meal plan. It’s just nice to have when I don’t know what to eat.
Anyway, that is it for now. My running will tone down as now, since it’s getting close to my half marathon. I’m so excited but nervous!
Monday- 6 mile run
Tuesday- 4 mile run
Thursday- 6 mile run
Friday- 4 mile run
Saturday- rest or yoga
I ran 10 miles yesterday.
Well, I guess that is it for now. I will have a post later on about what my daily schedule looks like.
