Fitness Friday 39

Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. Today at work was busy. I had a chemistry exam yesterday and I was so stressed out about it. There’s just been a lot going on.

Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.

Fitness Friday 10-3-14

 

I didn’t run as much this week because my Urban Cow Half Marathon is on Sunday. I can’t believe it. It’s so close! I went to the packet pick up today. Bib, race shirt, and a cinch bag. I also got a urban cow running tank. It’s pink! I’ll wear it on race day along with the black running shorts I got from the Lorna Jane store.

I guess that is it for now. After my half, I’ll probably stop doing one long run a week. I’ll stick to a more normal way of running. I’ll be adding more strength and yoga and pilates into my routine as well.
