Weekly Meals and Workouts 38

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today?

I’m doing alright. I ran my 2nd half marathon and I didn’t do so well. It was hot and I got cramps. I’ll talk more about it in my next post.

Anyway, here is my meal plan for the week. I have been eating  out a lot the past month and I really want to change that.

As for my workouts, I am really unsure what to do now that I finished running my half marathon. Here is my tentative plan.


Sunday-  half marathon

Monday-   strength + yoga

Tuesday-  6 mile run + yoga

Wednesday-  strength or pilates

Thursday- 6  mile run

Friday- 6 mile run

Saturday- rest or yoga

I feel like I should switch up my workout routine but then again, I also want to continue running. That is my dilemma. I guess I will see how I feel during the week and change my workouts if I have to.

How do you deal with cramps when you’re running?

What do you have planned for the week?
