Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I’ve had a tough week. The only fun parts of the week were Tuesday night and my department’s Harvest Festival on Wednesday. I ate so much food at the Harvest Festival, which was held at Gibson Ranch.
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.
For my half, I started training in the beginning of August. I ran a total of around 263 miles until my half.
My legs were sore for three days after running the half. I can’t believe it. Last year, my run was so much better. I ran a lot faster and my legs weren’t even sore the next day. I don’t know what went wrong this time. I did train differently this time. I didn’t add much strength training since I didn’t have as much time to exercise. I am just happy to get a workout into my day.
Anyway, that’s it for now. Off to study for chemistry.
