Hey hey everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I’m sorry that this post is a little late. I was so busy yesterday.
Anyway, here is the meal plan template. I will be winging my meals this week.
Winging it isn’t always the best thing to do when you want to eat healthy and don’t want to spend money. However, changing it up once in a while is good when you get bored of planning meals every week.
As for my workouts, I am thinking about incorporating BUTI Yoga back into my routine. I am thinking about purchasing her DVD. I am still unsure if I want to invest that much money into a workout DVD but I will think about it.
Sunday- 1/2 mile run (it was too windy) + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Monday- 4 mile run (woke up a little later than usual)
Tuesday- BUTI Yoga
Wednesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- 6 mile run
Friday- 6 mile run
Saturday- rest or BUTI Yoga
I guess that is it for now. I will keep you guys updated as time goes on. I hope you guys are trying to create an exercise or meal plan so that you won’t get off track on living a healthier life style. You don’t have to follow your plan to the T but it does help when you have something to fall back on.
