Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing on this fine day? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I started off my morning with a workout, Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred. I also went out for dim sum with my family.
Anyway, here is my meal plan. Hopefully, I can stick to it! Things come up sometimes. There will be another eat out day for lunch this week but I don’t know exactly which day.
As for my workouts, I am running less so that I can incorporate more strength training.
Sunday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Tuesday- 6 mile run + BUTI Yoga
Wednesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- BUTI Yoga + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Friday- 6 mile run
Saturday- 6 mile run
Well, I guess that’s it for now! I have been endlessly watching Criminal Minds this weekend.
