Happy Halloween everyone. It’s a Friday today! How are you guys doing on this scary, Halloween night? Well, I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It’s fun passing out candy to little kids.
Anyway, let’s talk about my workouts. Here were my workouts for the week.
As you can tell, I’m increasing my mileage again. I am trying to run 30 miles a week. It’s okay if I don’t reach that goal. I also know that I don’t always have to wake up early to work out. I remember that during the summer, I ALWAYS woke up early to workout. I made it a priority since I didn’t want to workout when it got hot during the day.
Now, I sleep in when I am tired. I can workout later. It’s okay to give your body rest. Your body also needs sleep. I know for a fact that I don’t get enough sleep. That’s why I allow myself to sleep in once in a while and workout AFTER work. I did that twice this week.
Anyway, that’s all I can say for now. Don’t overindulge in eating your candy! Have a piece or two but don’t binge!
