Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. The next couple posts will be pretty deep. You’ll read it later on. For right now, here is my plan for the week.

Workouts
Sunday- 6 mile run + strength training
Monday- rest
Tuesday- 6 mile run + BUTI Yoga
Wednesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- BUTI Yoga + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Friday- 6 mile run
Saturday- 6 mile run
My plan might change but it is nice to have something to go by. It is okay to change your plan and not follow it 100%. It is just a guide.
Anyway, I forgot to mention what time I got for the 5k run last weekend. My time was 27:20.
