Fitness Friday 44

Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It’s been quite a stressful week and now, I have a four day weekend. It’s time to relax and have a Criminal Minds marathon.

Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.

Fitness Friday 11-7-14

I might run again tomorrow or might not. I might do a workout DVD instead. I don’t want to overwork my body.  I have to say, my running has improved though.

That’s it for now. I hope you guys had a chance to read my last post. It’s been on my mind for a while and it is an important topic.
