Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. It’s around 10 am as I am typing this and I haven’t worked out today yet. I might take today as a rest day but I’m not quite sure yet. I might end up doing some BUTI Yoga. The reason is that tomorrow, I will be going to the gym. It’s been literally 6 months since I hit the gym. I’ve been doing at home workouts and running.
Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

One thing I want to mention about the plan is that it’s not set and stone. I may decide to eat something else that day. It’s just a guide. Who knows. I might end up ordering pizza for dinner one night.
As for my workouts, here is my plan.
Workouts
Sunday- BUTI Yoga or run or rest?
Monday- Elliptical, strength
Tuesday- 6 mile run + BUTI Yoga
Wednesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- BUTI Yoga + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Friday- 6 mile run
Saturday- 6 mile run
Well, that’s my plan for the week in regards to eating and working out. Our FAN Club will have a Nutrition Information Panel on Friday. Nutrition experts will be coming to speak about some topics we chose. We’re so excited!

AND OMG this week – YIKES! TOO TOO TOO much going on!
Haha. Yep! Usually, I eat pizza or other things I indulge in like potstickers and eggrolls. Or, I just eat out and go to places, depending on what I’m craving. Balance is key to being healthy.
