Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I know that I said I will post about the Nutrition Information Panel we had on Friday but that post will be up later in the week. For right now, here’s my plan for the week.
Sunday- 6 mile run, yoga?
Monday- 6 mile run + strength
Tuesday- 6 mile run + BUTI Yoga
Wednesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- BUTI Yoga + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Friday- 6 mile run
Saturday- 6 mile run
It’s a quick post today. I’ve been watching Criminal Minds and reviewing nutrition stuff from my classes, especially the Cultural Aspects of Food class I took last year. It’s important to know one’s culture since culture influences food choices. It’s good to refresh your mind on that stuff.
Anyway, that’s it for now.
