Happy Friday, everyone. How are you guys doing tonight? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I ran 7 miles after work today. I didn’t feel like running after work but I pushed myself. I felt like running after I started running. Isn’t that weird? I went from not wanting to run to wanting to run 7 miles! Sometimes, you just have to start somewhere.
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.
I can’t believe I ran 7 miles twice this week. It’s crazy! My running times were better than when I was training for my half marathon earlier this year. I don’t know what has changed but I say it’s a good thing.
I also take a break during work and walk around the state capital. I’m not the type that likes to sit on a chair all day long. I have to get up and move once in a while.
Anyway, that’s it for now. Just remember to stretch after your workouts. I guilty of not stretching enough. It feels so good when I stretch though. Running builds muscle tightness and soreness. I love doing yoga stretches. FYI, yoga & running go together.
