Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I ran 6 miles this morning. The weather today is way better than yesterday. It was raining yesterday.
Anyway, before I get any further, here is my plan for the week.

Tuesday- 6 mile run + BUTI Yoga
Wednesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- BUTI Yoga + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Friday- 6 mile run
Saturday- 6 mile run
