Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. I watched Mockingjay today. The Hunger Games series is one of my favorites. I also went shopping today. I bought boots.
Anyway, I hope you guys enjoyed Turkey Day (Thanksgiving). It’s really crazy how stores are opening during the evening of Thanksgiving. That is when people should be spending the time with those they care about and eating food. I ate pumpkin pie!
So, let’s get back to what this post is suppose to be about, Fitness Friday. Here were my workouts for the week.
What was great about my run on Wednesday was that it was outside instead of on a treadmill. I got home early enough to run 6 miles outside before it go too dark. It was a nice change of scenery, which I liked.
