Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I ended up sleeping in today (which is really rare) and I woke up around 9 am. Then, I went for a 6 mile run. I didn’t end up eating until around 11:30! Crazy. Today feels so short.
Anyway, here is my plan for the week.

The reason why Thursday and Friday are unknown is because I will be attending a training those days. I’ll figure out what I’ll eat once I have the schedule for those two days.
Workouts
Sunday- 6 mile run, pilates?
Monday- rest OR Yoga
Tuesday- 6 mile run + pilates
Wednesday- 6 mile run
Thursday- BUTI Yoga + Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred
Friday- 6 mile run + pilates
Saturday- 6 mile run
I have been craving Ice Gem Biscuits lately. This picture is the last time I had eaten them, which was Summer 2012, in China! Before that, it was when I was around 7 years old that I had last eaten it. I guess you can say it is a childhood comfort food. There are better sweets out there but this reminds me of my childhood.
I guess that is it for now. I hope I don’t look that bad in the picture. It was taken with a very old phone.
