Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I went to Microsoft Access Training the past two days and I learned so much! I mean, I’ve been using it but there are still things that I don’t know about the program that I know now.
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.
I want to incorporate pilates into my routine. It’s a great core workout. I think yoga, pilates, and weight lifting compliment running pretty well.
That is it for now. What I suggest you guys to do is try a new workout tomorrow! =)
I bought the Focus T25 Base Kit and I hope that it’ll give me different results in my fitness and health. It’s good to switch up your workouts once in a while.
