Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. A lot of major things happened recently. Well, I registered for classes for next semester and guess what. I didn’t get into any of my nutrition classes. They were ALL FULL last week. And, they added a NEW PREREQUISITE class for a few other nutrition classes that I NEED to take. That means EVERYONE in my major is trying to get in. You can tell how I am feeling about this right now.
I will be waiting for open enrollment and trying to crash classes. We’ll see how that goes. As of right now, I am going to take Mandarin, Spanish, Jogging, and Cross-Cultural Psychology. Spanish is for my minor, Mandarin is for my own enrichment and learning of my own culture, and the rest is just to fill units to be a full time student.
Anyway, let’s get back to what this post is suppose to be about, my workouts.
The reason why I didn’t run as far on Tuesday is that I wasn’t feeling that well on that run. For some reason, I couldn’t push myself to run. It was strange. After a mile in, I walked for a bit. Then, I ran and I suddenly walked. I think that’s my body’s way of telling me to not run anymore at that time.
Well, that is it for now. I’ll be posting my thoughts about the T25 on Tuesday, after a week of doing the workouts.
