Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I had the day off yesterday and I went to work this morning with these on my desk.
Yep. That’s right. Lotion from Bath and Body Works and a $10 Gift Card, a holiday card, and chocolate/candy in the bag! My supervisors are so nice!
Anyway, let’s get back to workouts. Here were my workouts for the week .
I’ve been running around 30 miles a week. I also like adding the Focus T25 workouts so that I can work on exercises other than cardio. I hope you guys enjoyed my review of the workout videos so far.
I guess that is it for now. There isn’t much to say right now. The semester is over and next semester won’t start until the end of January. I’ll be working and studying Mandarin until the semester starts. I also really don’t like the rain but we need it here in California. It’s been raining on and off the past two weeks!
