Weekly Meals and Workouts 51

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guy doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I really can’t wait for the semester to start back up again at the end of January. I’ll be really busy with work and school but I like being busy. It doesn’t make me feel useless and feel like a loner.

Anyway, as of right now, I’ve been singing, reviewing Chinese, working out, playing the cello,  and watching NetFlix to keep myself occupied while I’m not at work until the semester starts.

Let’s get back to what this post is suppose to be about. Here’s my plan for the week. FYI, I’ve been eating out more than I should be. I’m trying to save money and bring my own food for lunch and trying to eat what my parents buy more often. I know, I shouldn’t be eating out a lot. I’m changing that starting today.

1- 4-15 Meal Plan


Sunday-   6 mile run + HIIT

Monday-    abs + stretch

Tuesday-  6 mile run + T25 Workout, abs

Wednesday-  6 mile run+ T25 Workout, abs

Thursday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred + T25 Workout

Friday- 6 mile run + T25 Workout, abs

Saturday- 6 mile run + T25 Workout

I will be switching off between the T25 workouts based on how I’m feeling. I may do a full body circuit workout, a speed one, or an ab one. Most likely, I’ll be doing an ab one or a full body circuit.

I guess that is it for now.
