Weekly Meals and Workouts 52

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. I cannot wait for the semester to start at the end of the month.

Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

1-11-15 Meal Plan

So, along with that, I’ll make my protein balls once I have all the ingredients. Also, looking through my phone, there are some recipes I have made and took pictures of, but never posted. I will catch up on that soon.

Some of the things are the double chocolate biscotti I made, delicious cookies I’ve been making (white whole wheat flour, no butter), and black bean brownies.

Workouts

Sunday-   6 mile run + T25 Rip’t Circuit

Monday-    abs + stretch

Tuesday-  6 mile run + T25 Rip’t Circuit

Wednesday-  6 mile run+ T25 Workout+ abs

Thursday- Jillian Michael’s Extreme Shed and Shred + T25 Rip’t Circuit

Friday- 6 mile run + T25 Rip’t Circuit + abs

Saturday- 6 mile run + T25 Workout

I guess that is it for now.
