Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. Here were my workouts for the week.
As I mentioned before, I’ll be resting for a bit before starting my half marathon training. I don’t know whether to do my 8 mile long run tomorrow or Sunday. It really depends on the weather. It looks like it might rain on Sunday but I’ll keep my eye on the weather.
In other news, I don’t have much news. I went to Pieology with a co-worker on Tuesday and the pizza would have been delicious if they hadn’t burnt the crust. I ate Chipotle Burrito the next day. Sofrita, cheese, guacamole, brown rice, and black bean. I know. I’ve been eating a lot of carbs!
I guess that’s it for now.
