Tell me again why I don’t run in cold weather that much. My long run this morning was better than last week’s but it was still not good. I choose the perfect time to run, when it’s cold, windy, and foggy. I really need more winter running gear. I think my body loves running in the summer and shuts down in the winter.
Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

These next two weeks of meals will be quite random. My schedule is not set, as I am crashing classes. I may end up eating out for lunch the whole week. #collegelife
As for workouts, it will basically be the same except for the long run days. I might not do hill runs anymore and I’ll add in an interval run.
Workouts
Sunday- 9 mile run
Monday- 4 mile interval run
Tuesday- strength
Wednesday- 6 mile tempo
Thursday- Hill Runs or 4 mile interval run
Friday- 6 mile slow jog
Saturday- yoga

My weekend was quite relaxing – how was yours? My weeks is going to be full of school, golf, and workouts. It’ll be busy, but that’s better to the alternative! : )
Yea. The week is busy. School, running, and work. It is better than laying around, doing nothing! =)
