Weekly Meals and Workouts 55

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing alright, thank you very much. My run didn’t go so well today. It was my 10 mile run. The weather was a lot better though. It wasn’t too foggy, cold, and windy. My legs were really sore though and I really didn’t feel like running when I woke up this morning. I pushed myself but I ended up running the 10 miles really slow. At least I finished my run!

Anyway, here is my plan for the week.

As of right now, I’ll be buying food when I am at school. If I decide to randomly bring lunch, I guess I will. It just depends how much time I have and what I have at home. Having an 8 am class everyday and a night class two days a week is crazy!


Sunday-   10 mile run

Monday-    6 mile run

Tuesday-  strength

Wednesday-  6 mile run

Thursday-  4 mile interval run

Friday- 6 mile slow jog

Saturday- yoga

I guess that is it for now. I won’t have too much to exercise this semester. I mean, I really don’t want to exercise too much. The jogging class will probably be my workout. I probably won’t be going to the gym either. I’ll either workout at home or during the class.
