Happy Friday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. The only not so great thing is the rain. But hey, I guess us Californians need the rain right now!
So, another great thing is that I got into a nutrition class. I am so happy! It’s funny because I also got into another nutrition class but it conflicts with my schedule. That one, I will probably take next semester. The one I am in right now is more about Communication and Counseling, which I believe is really important in the nutrition field.
Here was our first video homework assignment. I will be posting each video assignment we do here on my blog. =) I do get nervous recording so you’ll probably here me pause a lot.
Here were the questions we had to answer:
-What is your name?
-Describe one interesting thing about you.
-What do you know about nutrition education or counseling?
-What do you want to learn about nutrition education & counseling?
Anyway, here were my workouts for the week.
The ab workout I did yesterday was one of Cassey Ho’s new Blogilates DVD. I bought it at Target the past Sunday. I did one of the 3 workouts and boy, did it hurt my abs!
Please excuse my Chinese homework in the background. I’m taking a class in Mandarin at school. My family speaks a different dialect of Chinese.
I guess that is it for now.
