Weekly Meals and Workouts 56

Happy Sunday everyone. How are you guys doing today? I’m doing great, thank you very much. It’s raining today and I didn’t want to brave running 11 miles in the rain. Do you know what I did instead? I ran it all on the treadmill. It was so tedious. I finished my run though.

Anyway, here’s my plan for the week.

2-8-15 Meal Plan

Workouts

Sunday-   11 mile run

Monday-    6 mile run

Tuesday-  strength

Wednesday-  6 mile run

Thursday-  4 mile interval run

Friday- 4 mile slow jog

Saturday- yoga

I guess that is it for now. I am so happy with how my school schedule worked out.  I don’t have any night classes for once! But, I do have an 8 am class everyday, which is Mandarin.
